Instead of more bone meal which gets you a ton of other stuff you have to clear out, try the watering can on grass. I'm not 100% sure it'll work on 1.6, but I get flowers popping up all the time on my 1.7 world when watering melons next to grass.

I think the septuple is Wither resistant, but not completely Wither proof. You need octuple for that.

Go to the desert (Endermen stand out against the light background), pillar up 4 blocks, and look at the Endermen to get them to teleport to you. They'll stand at the base and let you kill them, and somehow don't know how to reach up to hit you.

For the second one, I'd suggest uninstalling Java 8 and installing 7. Java 8 still has a lot of quirks that seem to break Minecraft from time to time.

I used to do it all the time in vanilla with either a bow or a fire sword. A looting 3 sword was just too precious to waste on actually hitting anything other than endermen with. Using Tinkers' Construct it's much easier to get a good looting sword and keep it repaired, so I don't bother anymore.

Exactly my point... I think he even had room for another modifier. He did the diamond/gold block and the nether star to add 2, but there should be a third with a notch apple and diamond block or I believe.

That damage value on the bow only applies when you use it as a melee weapon (i.e. swing the bow at a mob as if it were a sword). With enough quartz, you could theoretically get some decent damage out of it making it a dual use weapon, but it'll never be as good as a sword, and you'll miss out on...

Are you sure it's uncraftable, or just a display issue (that checker pattern is a minecraft default when something doesn't have a texture defined). I noticed the same thing in another 1.7.10 pack when looking at the cake recipe, but when I looked up uses for milk it showed up correctly.

Yup, I was speaking to a base 1.1.5 install without any changes... I can confirm that the Trent issue is fixed before applying your config tweak. I can't be sure that whatever caused the BM/Lycanite conflict is the same thing that fixed the Trents, but there's a fair chance they're related.

The Trent problem was already fixed in 1.1.5. Possibly by the same change that then caused the conflict between Blood Magic and Lycanite's.

Not quite intentional... The slab furnace has a different meta value in that top position, despite what WAILA says. Iskandar already knows, so it'll likely be fixed in 1.1.3.
