If you have any chunkloaders in that world, the source of your problem would be the chunkloader. For whatever reason, Mystcraft worlds take a strong distaste to chunkloaders so until there is a fix, make sure you aren't using any chunkloaders in Mystcraft worlds.

Update to latest modpack version (Assuming you're running DW20 5.1.0, update to 5.1.1). InvTweaks bug has been fixed, it was caused because InvTweaks accidentally called upon some Java 7 methods, when using a Java 6 client.

As Velotican said, updating forge might fix your problems - I think Optifine itself updated to fix issues with users who were still stuck on using old forge builds, but you're still better off to try updating to a newer version of forge.

As long as you don't modify any blocks, you'll be fine.

Yea, I think Win 2003 server was the last windows server to support large page memory. If you want to use large page memory, you'll probably have to switch to a linux distro.

I heard an issue about that, in order to use it on a windows OS, you have to have a special permission. From an administrator account, I believe you can go into user accounts and edit your special permissions, there should be one relating to large page memory.

I would tell you to turn smooth lighting back on, but it seems that it is on. Did you install optifine? If so, make sure that smooth lighting is set to 100%

Have you installed optifine? Edit: I only ask because there was a bug with forge and optifine a couple versions back, relating to updating blocks. Could pertain to this situation, you never know...

Type "ping google.ca" in your command prompt. If it shows "Reply from XXX.XXX.XX.XX: Bytes=32 time=XXXms TTL=43" (X's are any number) then you're running IPv4 If it shows "Reply from (anything with :: in it): Bytes=32 time=XXXms TTL=43" then you're running IPv6.

That is very strange indeed that they actually remain in the world, as blocks... Are you sure everything is properly held onto the machine by frames? It is a possibility that the frames are moving out from under the blocks because the blocks aren't properly secured.
