If you have any chunkloaders in that world, the source of your problem would be the chunkloader. For whatever reason, Mystcraft worlds take a strong distaste to chunkloaders so until there is a fix, make sure you aren't using any chunkloaders in Mystcraft worlds.

Im not sure but I think my friend has something there, How would i delete it? I tried but it came back..

Use MCEdit, open up the dimension and blanket select the area you believe it to be in, then go into the Fill/Replace menu, click Replace and type in the Chunkloader ID in the item to be replaced slot, and put air in the other slot.
