Does back-versioning Gendustry and/or EU2 also let the game load properly?

Can someone please post a crash log (similar to Aristas' in the op) AFTER gendustry is removed? Ideally @Aristas himself but any might help.

In this case, I believe its The One Probe, or TOP. You can just remove the mod from your mods folder. You can also change how its configured, and the pack usually loads with a little Note thing helping you do this. You can probably also find ways to disable it in the config file itself.

There's the nuclear stuff from various mods. Extreme Reactors, with its janky 1:1 water:steam ratio. I don't think that's what you want. Advanced Generators might be a good bet. Its by bdew, its really stable, and its fairly configurable. https://bdew.net/generators/

NuclearCraft is kind of an ExtremeReactors for grownups. It has a lot more fuel types and cooling mechanics to play with. The dev is also in the process of adding a active-cooling mechanism (soon(tm))

I considered it but I didn't want to get into a debate about grind vs complexity. Personally, having put a jillion hours into it, I'd say "excelling" at GT is complex, but playing it probably isn't.

Curiously nobody else has proffered other ideas. I'd also be interested to see some mods that are genuinely "complex". Deep Resonance is interesting to set up optimal crystals for if you like unusual energy systems. That one's 1.10+.

Then everyone should check out those mods at least one time just for the experience. Its a whole chunk of modded minecraft an awful lot of players don't get to see, and fun for conversations.

Do you have version restrictions on your objective here? If you're willing to take a look back at 1.7.10, Reika's mods need to be near the top of your list. Specifically I'm thinking RotaryCraft, ReactorCraft for the purpose of your goal.
