That's not true. You can get all your dimlets with a good enderman farm. Also you find dimlets in chests in the overworld.

Well it is slightly less rare then the efficiency dimlet which gives 20% bonus. So I don't really think this is a problem. It is just a worse version of the efficiency dimlet if you are in peaceful

I like mods to be tiered in some way. i.e. to progress to a certain kind of machine/setup/whatever you first need to finish or do the steps before that. This ensures (to me at least) the maximum amount of gameplay. The only downside is that when you start a new world you have to do it all over...

I wasn't planning on spreading. Pollution will grow over time though (depending on how long a polluting generator has been running in some environment) and pollution will (slowly) go down if the machine is no longer there or is inactive (or uses clean crystals).
