I have plans for that. BTW, you cannot see that on the static screenshot but the laserbeam actually has a small visual effects where it shimmers (slightly vibrates). Makes it look more realistic and dangerous. But I have plans.

Sure. Since the generator actually generates 1 RF/tick even with no crystals present! So it is 1 RF/tick free power!!!

It looks as if you added a mod that hasn't updated to the recent changes in forge related to fluid handling. I recommend you go over all the mods that you added that were not standard in Infinity and see which ones mess with fluids.

New release of RFTools, Deep Resonance, and McJtyLib: Deep Resonance has only been updated to be compatible with McJtyLib 1.2.0. It still is oregen only. I have moved it out of alpha stage (and into beta) because the retrogen seems to work pretty well. McJtyLib 1.2.0...

And that's a good thing. Nether quartz and AE quartz are not the same at all.

Tesseracts from TE are also more efficient to transport items (but a bit more expensive to create). For longer distances you can use those.

Don't worry. It is a very simply model. Just 30 quads (as opposed to 6 for a normal block) and you will not find a lot of these in your world :-)

You can do that with RFTools too. It is easy to disable the dimension builder recipe so it can only be gotten by admins.
