    Restarted the map, balance is looking a bit better. Still needs work, but I do see progress. Alloy quest is still wacky.     I strongly suggest you re-evaluate the difficulty, and what the requirements to complete the quests are. Building a generator early game is good. Building 10 is silly, only to consume 7 of them after is just spiteful. Even with a smeltery you go through mountains of iron. The alloy quest is just...

    Dirty water and dirt is actually pretty easy to mostly automate early game with transfer nodes. Compost material in a chest, transfer node out of that into top of barrel, transfer node from bottom of barrel into a chest, slowly filling with dirt. For clean water I just grab some dirt, mix...

    A couple possible suggestions to consider. A quest that can lead you to the road to the city, similar to the "audio log" quest. Replace 20-30% of the black stone and gravel on the roads with dust to accentuate the ruins atmosphere. Make 10-20% of the normal city towers a bit more... Broken...

    I'll agree with tough mobs. I lost my world to a skeleton that shot creepers from his head. Just nope. It's the minecraft equivalent of sharks with laser beams on their heads. Seriously. There should be some middle-ground between the often too-easy vanilla mobs, and the over the top Special...
