I'm pretty sure there's no restriction on what type of private pack there can be (other than keeping it private and having permissions, of course) Also, does anyone have a list of what mods authors say about their mods? It would make things so much easier.

After lurking around, I see people saying it's possible now. How do we present "we have permission" and what not? Do we need explicit permission? Or would, for example, this suffice for having permission to add Ars Magica...

Well, to be honest, if the mods that are to been put in the Ultimate pack are just chosen from the google spreadsheet, then I wouldn't mind just moving to the Mindcrack pack. Only problem is, I'm waiting for the world converter as well and I don't think we'll see that until Ultimate pack is out...
