iirc, the fertelizer doesnt speed up the growth. it is merly an balancing factor, as the farm must use fertelizer (and water) to run

I dont know if there is currently a mod that adds enchants higher than "V" (5), you can however enchant things with "X" (10) via NEI or worldedit filters or (not sure) through OP console commands

They propably work like railcraft iron tanks... by braking a valve, all the data stored in it is lost -->> for railcraft it is braking the bottom venter block.
