That's a Forestry bug that I remember from playing another pack. Hop into cheat mode with NEI, break the Centrifuge, and grab yourself a new one.

What is the best method to get the bee by scented artificial hives?
I use flowers, trees and grass dirt but I can not spawn bees
 
I'm having a problem what do i have to kill at the scarecrow quest and also at the doll of the death quest (i've finished it) it says claim reward i picked the armor one and it doesn't want to work .

S/C/A/R/E/C/R/O/W has you kill the Lord of Torment, which you summon via infusing yourself and then using the Torment Scroll in the Witches' Circle.
 
NEI shows a recipe to smelt slime balls in a Restone Furnace to get Rubber Bars but that won`t work maybe you could implement an alternative recipe would be useless to have MFR whitout a way to get rubber?

While I'm not sure about rubber bars, and they are only used for conveyor belts and a few other small recipes, raw plastic to make plastic sheets and all the MFR machines can be made by combining I believe 2 clay, 1 gravel and a bucket of water in a shaped recipe. So just look up raw plastic for the exact recipe.

Raw plastic will have a recipe in the update that will come this weekend. As well, there will be recipes for silver and stuff.

It may be my fault. Not setting it to ignore NBT data. I'll check and fix that for the update this weekend.
