Actually, adjusting steak would be a nice touch.

Minecraft makes steak more valuable than the two wheat used to breed the cows. Reality check: the amount of food used to breed cows in real life is much more than the food value of the meat you get.

But a stack of steak can be better than a stack of bread!

That's the key point to make food in minecraft interesting. Since inventory space is limited, making better food provide less total food than what you put into it, but more food in less space, actually makes choices interesting. Especially with the higher food consumption rate of 1.6's "healing costs hunger" change -- i'm still getting used to (dying from) this change.

MorphAdditions!
MorphAdditions' intention is to create abilities for morphed players to trigger, up until the time comes when Morph inherently provides this functionality.

Requirements:
* Tinkers Construct 1.7.10-1.6.0d40
* Recommended Forge Version: 1207

Changes:
* The bronze nerf option is gone. It is now the DEFAULT behaviour!
* You can apply a Diamond/Emerald to a bronze pickaxe to be able to mine obsidian (Thanks Unknown_Zombie)
* Weapons now require XP depending on their damage (no more 400 flat xp for every weapon!)
* Tools also gain a small amount of xp for hitting stuff with it
* Modifiers rewarded on levelup now depend much more on what you did with the tool
* Dagger can now be made as an earlygame weapon
* Changed some config defaults

New Features:
* Override Module! (see main post)
* A piece of String can now be used as a binding
* ITT Heads can be used to stabilize thaumcraft infusion

Override Module:
This module is for all you config wranglers out there: It allows you to change nearly everything. It has several components.
First off, to use this module you have to go to the modules.cfg and set it to true. Then start minecraft once to generate the configs.
Each part of this module generates two files: a Default-file to use for copying and reference, and an Override-file containing the actual changes.
The files themselves contain more information on how to use them.
You can do the following things:
* Block-Override: set the harvestlevel and tool required for any block
* BonusModifier-Override: Change the weights and the impact of actions for modifiers, as well as which modifiers are considered useful for the UsefulModifiers config option.
* Material-Override: Change the stats of any tool material
* Tool-Override: Allows to change the harvest level of any tool

CreeperCollateral:

CreeperCollateral is a mod that modifies how explosions work so the process is similar to how it happens on bukkit servers.

This mod requires INpureCore.

Features:
  • Enables explosions to be controlled via a Forge-like event. This event is mostly identical to its bukkit counterpart.
  • Gives users a config to change the response to explosion events. The default settings cause Creepers to be unable to fully destroy blocks. They can break them, but the blocks will always be dropped on the ground.
  • Built in bukkit plugin. Cauldron servers shouldn't notice a difference.

would be cool if it could also spawn in some kind of tower structure
it'd slowly change the surrounding area to a tainted biome, and through the process it'll slowly create some kind of altar around this block
leave it alone long enough and it'll generate a tower with perhaps a boss and such
