Just the idea of someone using a hose pipe, sucking up the lava, getting a bit in their mouth... etc. Made me laugh a little too much
(First thought when stealing/siphoning fuel is someone taking a small bit of a hose, sticking it in a fuel tank, sucking it up, and releasing pressure when the fuel is in their container)On a Tech World 2 map me and a friend made a bit back we had a auto-farm setup with geneticly perfect trees from Forestry (blue mahoes with fastest possible growth and fruit product). The wood was sent to furnaces to be turned into charcoal, which in turn was burned in a generator system. Apples were sent to Squeezers where they produced apple juice and mulch, which together with saplings were sent to fermenters to produce biomass. The biomass was sent to stills (a bit more efficient than refineries) to produce ethanol. This ethanol was sent to railcraft steam boilers (sidenote: You need to update the railcraft version in Tech World 2 for it to accept ethanol) which produced steam. The steam was sent into optimized Big Reactors turbines (which needed a update of Big Reactors to exist). From a pretty small farm each turbine produced 24k RF/tick.

There's a new steam boiler from MFR in 1.7. Does anyone have experience with it?
When over 100 °C it always produces the same amount of steam (400 mb/t), which can produce 800 RF/t in MFR's (or TE's) steam turbines. But the fuel consumption goes up the longer it is active. At maximum it consumes one charcoal every 3.35 seconds, which is still much more efficient than using steam dynamos directly.

And have a crapload of experience and other stuff firstI know that RoC can produce thousands of RF/tick with a High Temperature Gas Reactor . The only thing you need to make TRISO Fuel Pellets fresh again is Graphite, made from Coal . Magical Crops could be very useful here
to give you and idea, you need(not the only way but a fast and good one):DC engine - Fermenter
Gasoline - Grinder
Performance - gearbox - fractionation unit
Performance x2 and microturbine - extractor (need tungsten here fyi)
2x+ Microturbine (depends on your biome) - friction heater (tungsten smelting)
Now you change a few engine around to get most probably
Microturbine - gearbox - grinder x2(one for canola, one for the pellets)
Then you need a crap ton of canola farming to hold it up which is maybe 10-20 fans with steam engines
You also need 20 tungsten for the turbine
And a ECUed gas turbine to start the htgr
And diamond gears to move that power
Three steam boilers produce a bit too much steam for one turbine (2160 vs 2000 mb/t)
