What ARE those things you ask? They're RF powered Wands of Equal Trade. They're called "Item Exchangers" and RWTema did the textures. They come from an in development mod called EnderTech. Useful links below.

• Rearranged stuff so it can work with multiple mods using the same power network without being totally wasteful.
  
• Updated recipes for Thermal Expansion to be compatible with TE4.
• Updated Factorization API.
