I honestly think that 1.5 is like 1.3 where not all mod's got updated and we had to wait for 1.4 for all kind's of mod's including RedPower. I think that we will not see RedPower again till 1.6.

I'm quite sure we won't be seeing a redpower update before 1.6. The question is if we're going to see an update after 1.6.

the gist of the many topics about this RP issue end up with "not a chance for 152, maybe a good chance for 1.6", this has been said to me as well by some one that spoke elo, she hopes to have a working version for 1.6 but cant be 100% sure she will have it done in time, its a big big mod..for me I hope she does but allso that she dont get hounded like last time & lose interested, modders are humans too.

Well considering that eloraam hasn't even gotten close to updating to 1.5, a 1.6 update seems like a long time away.

No real need to wait on RedPower, plenty of alternative options out there that offer almost everything. Time to move forward.

As far as I'm concerned, it no longer matters. 1.6 is out, so that answers the great "will there be an RP2 update for 1.5.x?" mystery. Maybe there'll be something for 1.6, maybe not. Let's say there is. The question you need to ask yourself is "do I want to play with the latest versions of mods as MC updates?" If yes, than I'd strongly consider abandoning RP2. Let's say RP2 comes out for 1.6 later today. Given her history (no disrespect, she has her own life, and owes us nothing), I'd say that her chances of updating promptly for 1.6.5, 1.7, 1.7.x (or whatever) are slim. You're then in a position of restarting a world or waiting potentially months for a new update.
For me, I'm done with waiting. It's been fun, and I still play my 1.4.7 world from time to time, but I'm not going to tie my world to a mod I have no faith will be ready to update when I am.

Well Im using a lot of RP machines - Magtube, Manager etc. But I dont know what else I can use. Im using them for my huge auto-crafting factory
