Just thought I'd drop in here and comment:

Stone no longer takes lava in an Igneous Extruder. Only water. :) At least, with default settings.

Well, if the choice wasn't obvious before...

Thank you for that, by the way. I always thought it was a little strange. It was never a big deal to send it through a furnace, but it was still a little odd to me.

Speaking of water and TE, is there any great benefit to being able to melt snow and ice in the magma crucible? It's cool and all (pun not intended) but what's the point?

There may not have ever been a point.

You can choose to let ice melt naturally, or stick it in a Minecraft microwave. It may just be a choice type of thing.

...Getting back the water you spent in that TE block which turns water into cold stuff?

I could see a map not giving you water until you melted it out of snowballs turned into a snow block... I could also see players going to that map maker's home with pitchforks.

You all realise that 4 iron = 1 Ender Pearl don't you?

One stack of iron makes 16 ender pearls. I have tesseracts transporting my tesseracts. Single best block in the game.

Thanks man but I already tesseract my own tesseracts so it is not needed.

I appreciate the gesture though!

You're welcome :)

If I am ever going to build an enderfarm again I'm going to surround it with tesseracts just to show those pesky endermen what they're going to be turned into :)

Yes... And one click in cheatmode NEI gives you a stack of enderpearls............... Nearly the same.

Actually no it isn't. There is a big distinction in the fact that you enable 'Cheat mode'.

The minium stone isn't a cheat, it is in the game and can be used. Is it a bit cheap? Yes. Is there a minecraft god watching me and judging me? No.

I don't equate material grinding to difficulty. There are no difficult recipes. All you do is put objects in a grid whether you are making a shovel or a nuclear reactor. There are just more steps and all they involve is putting objects into a grid.

Saying that, play how you want unless you are on a server.

So is NEI. The only difference is that NEI is honest about what it's doing.

Well, I'm honest about what I'm doing. For me, going into the NEI options and actively clicking 'Cheat Mode' is more of a betrayal of my own personal values than crafting something in-game and using the abilities of it.

Enjoy your game Cheaty.
