There's only one function open peripherals exposes which has the functionality I need. That is getStackInSlot. I should be able to just read the slots 10-18 and start the machine if they're all non-zero.
The problem is that it's supposed to return a table but I always get a nill out, no matter how I cut it. So I dug around a bit and it turns out the slots aren't really exposed.
Now I'm sad .

Ask the OP guy to support it? He's been super responsive from what I've seen and tell him to bug me if he needs an MFR thingy to do what you want.
It's probably been suggested before, but the only thing MFR seems to lack is up and down movement for conveyor belts.
You can do that ... they ramp up and down just fine. Unless your asking for pure straight up vertical movement.

the only gt machines that i didnt find analogs for are centrifuge and electrolyzerand facades for rednet

I think I read in PC's mcf thread that making rednet cables facade-able would take a lot of work so sorry to bring it up again, I've yet to try immibis' microblocks, but if they work then that's cool
Road Slabs or Road Stairs. I just got done renovating a testificate village's road system, and noticed the lack of anything road-like that lets you do elevation without needing to jump...It's been asked and will probably happen eventually but no idea when.
