I double clicked then startup cmd thing and it said cant locate ftbserver.jar pls help

The startup cmd thingy has to be in the same directory as the server dot jar thingy.

What server are you trying to run?
I don't think any of the jar files are called ftbserver.jar.
You need to use [modpack]_server.jar
