Now, as you may know, Gregtech is a dramatically polarizing mod in FTB. Some like it, and some don't. We all know that he's changing other people's mods, and nerfing your bronze, and giving you awesome machines to play with, and making the grind unbearable. Every single flame war has been the same. No matter which side you're on, you can't help but agree with this statement.
Same thing with all the other flame wars in these forums. Now if I could actually think of anything besides the arguments that surface with EE2 and PowerConverters, I'd put it in this area. But Gregtech is big, and it's probably the biggest one.
So why not condense it all into one thread? If someone is starting to flame, just toss 'em a link here. I don't want this thread locked, so try not to start with the personal attacks?

Oh yeah, one more thing I should mention: The rules.
This entire thread is going to be posted in the form of a Rap Battle. Yep. If I want to read boring flame wars, there's enough content to last me years. Now, if I want to read internet nerd-rapping, I can't! Now we can.
Make it sound like a nice rap from before rap music went way downhill (circa 2009), and we'll all be fine.
Quote the guy you're rapping to so it'll be less confusing.

It's just another way to get your arguments up, and since it's internet rapping, no quick thinking necessary! Videos for you to learn, rhyme dictionaries, it's not really hard. I hope to see some good arguments made for both sides of any war, of course, with rapping. Bonus points for sound clips !

turning pearls into diamonds, sounds nice, doesn't it?
but in the end it was something I just couldn't permit.

Removed it from my server, and yeah people complained
"Y u remove EE3, now I'm sure to be slain!
Not enough diamonds to make myself a suit
Can't go in that dungeon and get the loot."

I told them "Hey, think about how it's not really fair,
and besides there's not a reason to really despair.
Pull out your coal and a compressor with some power to go,
you'll be putting out diamonds like a direwolf pro.

Then greg came along, made everything tough,
macerators take diamonds, but that's not enough.
Solar panels do nothing, cost iridium,
and what the hell is this stuff with wolfram?!

I couldn't just get rid of it, I liked some of the things,
so I spent a week grinding, made an industrial building.
Now I've got all this stuff, and it's really not bad,
with all that effort I now appreciate what I had.

Went through hell, got my stuff, muscled through midgame,
now nobody screws with me and my server-wide fame.
I've done a lot to get here and I want to say,
thanks greg for making this game a bitch to play.

The opness was apparent with EE2,

Xeno's Reliquary's got that fixed,
Get 8 diamond blocks and your balance is mixed.
Almost everything's renewable in FTB
In mods from CC to BC3.
The Condenser in EE2 wasn't bad,
Everyone had Powerflowers like they were a dying fad.
These were too op, I'd have to agree,
But that's the end of this rap from jump: the MC.

All this stuff can...be real scary,

With a well thought out rant
That still looks sly.

Everything balanced, well that's tough to do
especially when you think about the real issues.
People tried and they thought, this is balanced enough,
mindcrack, voltz, direwolf and gregarious.

The problem here is, the line gets blurry,
when one person's joy is another's worry.
Some want EE3 and all the "easy" stuff,
while people like me want the game a bit more rough.

I guess if you're in SSP and you're all alone,
all that matters is your opinion, not the stuff others condone.
But then you go multiplayer, and there's a never ending war.
"Gregtech is evil, and his sister's a whore!"

So I guess if I got the opportunity
I'd look to you guys and want to see,
what most of you wanted and what I could fix,
that would keep you all happy and free of cynics.

Not a fan of haikus or things that don't rhyme
can't put music to it and keep the time.
So I'll keep rhyming like this, to each their own,
but I've got to say, you're about to get pwned.

Greg hears about something the community needs,
