No it has day/night like normal you just can see the sun/moon unless you get up to about 190Y+
So is the fabric of the universe transparent? It'd be a pain to tunnel all the way up there.
The fabric is ONLY in the little box you get in your pocket dim. The box is normally indestructible. But you can use a few ways to pass outside of it. And out side of the box is nothing but air and clouds.
Ooooooooh, do tell. How exactly does one escape this box of mystical properties hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

When you tunnel to the end of the box you find this stuff. A Wither can blow a hole in it sometimes. But you can also spam enderpearls to get through it.

It is, but I think there's an explosive in ICBM that can destroy obsidian. TIME TO TEST!
Yes Obsidian TNT can blow up obsidian and it does nothing to this. But sure nuke it all up.
Actually I just checked. Obsidian TNT works just fine. But it seems to take up more memory blowing up fabric of reality, which is strange. But it's not like I don't have some extra memory to spare right?
Its not the fabric that is the issue. its the wall for the box it self. You can break reality fabric with your bare hands.
I've been puzzling over landing gear for while now trying out different stuff. But I ended up using lead and making some stocky looking landing gear. I dig them and at least the ship is no longer floating.

I think, personally, that they should be either bigger, or more frequent, as I don't think that they look like they could hold the ship up.
I was thinking that. But the ship is many times more wide in the back then in the front. It was have a center of gravity somewhere in the back half or fourth of the ship. That was my logic.
I might be adding a firth landing gear in the front half where the ramps are.

I think there could be a better material for the landing gear, the kind of matt colours of the ship contrast a bit harshly with the metallic blocks. But I do like the shape and placement of them
