Yes, if done slowly enough. Slowing down the Earth is much easier than speeding it up because of the vast difference in power required to cause the change we are looking for. Actually, now that I'm thinking about it again, our biggest issue is going to be keeping the moon during this process. The best way to deal with that would be to store the moon until we have stabilized the Earth's slower orbit, and then do the same thing for the moon.

That is what I'm getting, which has nothing to do with your browser but Youtube's way of verifying your location (checking your IP's geographical location, most likely) and then, depending on the copyright requirements, disallowing you access to the video.
It's another great reason to have an offshore proxy server.
