    I am looking for "right builder" for longer then 1 year, while presenting my project on 4 forums. I had about hundred applications. Still i have no one suitable for decent designer/builder. 40k topic views and i am still working alone. I would say "impossible".

    I opened the game, clicked Single Player > Create New World > World Name: Oberon and clicked More Word Options...

    I used the seed "-1096234791096024491" without quotes.
    World Type: Default
    Generate Structures: ON
    Allow Cheats: OFF
    Bonus Chest OFF

    Clicked DONE and set the Game Mode to Survival.. Then I clicked Create New World... But mines is different from yours :( What did I do wrong? Also which texture pack do you use?

    ps: Sorry about my grammar mistakes, english is not my main language.

    However your massive build project is all one, The scenario in which I was thinking of was everyone had there own thing going. Where as for your build it has to be very particular as they will be working on your idea.

    And how can I set the world type to 'atg' if i'm hosting a multiplayer server?

    I believe you set the line in the server.properties file to:
    "generator-settings=atg"

    You can also just create the world in a singleplayer mode then transfer the world save over to the server. Just make sure the folder is named the same as in the server.properties file.

    Well in this one i will stick to what i sad. "Chosen one" or "right people" should have a good overview of such project, by that i mean they should follow FTB/tekkit/whatever community and already know about my project.

    You are correct, sir.


    Btw your first post really made me "horny" to quit building and enjoy the beauty of free exploring once again. With so many nice terrain mods it must be heaven.

    All right a small update as requested. Still hard at work at the cobble monstrosity. Will post pics when I have something of significance.
    I was however getting quite tired of having to farm my food and get my IC2 rubber manually so decided to set up another Forestry multifarm. This time a Manual farm sepperated up into 4 different crops:

    Sugarcane for paper etc., Potatoes for food(high saturation food with little work), Rubber wood for rubber(Yes I actually ended up installing Gravitygun and filled the area with logs with all resin spots :p). Didn't really know what to do with the last patch so chose melons since they would always be handy when starting beekeeping(craft melons into melon seeds and squeeze for seedoil).

    Using Lilypads of Fertility from Xeno's Reliquary on the water spots to increase growth.

    I have my farms hooked directly up to the ME network(Export bus supply fertilizer and dirt etc, Interface receives crops etc.). This also have the added benefit of being able to use ME level emitters to turn the farms on and off depending on how many of the item are in the ME network. If a redstone signal is given to a Farm Control blocks lower side it will turn off the entire farm. If given to a specific side of the Farm Control block it will turn that side of the farm off. I have in the past had problems with getting the Control blocks to detect the signal directly from the level emitters so here I am just giving them the signal indirectly through the Smooth sandstone blocks. As you can see the closes Level emitter is on, which is because its limit of 8000 Melons in the network is met. As a result no more melons are being harvested(you can see all the melons are ready to be harvested on pics above) while it still works on the 3 other crops.

    Things are becoming increasingly difficult on the cobble monster. Less and less can I rely on the inspiration picture for guidelines due to it either not showing the details I need or simply because the details doesn't translate well into Minecraft. So it is more and more a case of making stuff up as I go which does sometimes mean removing several hundred/thousands blocks again once I realise it doesn't work. So progress is slow :p

    Just spend a couple hours on testing out the "mountain ridge" thing on the top of the main tower, but the blockyness of minecraft made it look horrible so I am probably going to completely forego that look and think of something else.

    Quite satisfied with the size and shape of the engines. Looking forward to giving them the proper materials and then decorating them with lights etc. Probably going to put a matching "shell" like the one under the engines on top of them as well. Not entirely sure how to fasten the engines to the main hull yet. The drawing have those front pylon thingies hanging in free air, but that is just bugging me from an engineering point of view :p

    Tried something new with the top of the tower. Not totally sold on it tbh. Plan was to fill the gap in the middle with a glass roof. The layered effect looks rather cool at night when lit from underneath, but the shape does remind me more of a Viking ship or a crown than a scifi space ship... If anyone got any other cool ideas don't be shy :p

    Adding the upper engine cover really works I think. Will definitely keep that. Kinda looks like a spaceship on its own now lol.

    Might add another set of engines(2 on both sides). Depends on what else I can think of adding to the underside of the hull. Looks a bit dull with just a large flat surface.


    To get away and hopefully come back with a fresh pair of eyes I decided(forced myself) that it was finally time to do the(much dreaded) forward prongs. And damn it is challenging, having to modify the large circles into splines in freehand while keeping it symmetric on both sides and top/bottom. But I think the basic shape is in place and just need to fill the gaps and modify the top and bottom layers to match.

    that'll look nice. It would actually look pretty neat if you included the part in the front that's already there sticking up as well. (at least in my mind it looks neat)
