This thing is really good. I really like it.Totally unrelated to the roleplay at hand (closer to Pokewolf than anything else; since Dylan hasn't made a signup thread, I figured this would be the best place to put it), I did a thing. I imported the Pokemon type chart into a Google doc, then expanded upon that to cover all the interactions with dual-type defenders. I then threw in a few summary statistics and a graph; I'll add some more information soon.
I figured that Dylan could use this to help calculate votes for Pokewolf, if nothing else; I'm also trying to use it to help me piece together a team in Showdown.
Dylan, feel free to use this and link to it when Pokewolf gets rolling (after Cardwolf).
Thanks! I'm still working on it... I think the next step is to figure out a way to have a place where you can type in the types of the pokemon in your party (or Pokewolf game), and it'll tell you concisely which types are supereffective against each of your pokemon. This thing is really good. (http://www.marriland.com/tools/team-builder - That link does just that)Thanks! I'm still working on it... To use that effectively, I guess you'd have to clone the Google sheet in your own Google drive so you can edit it. I wonder if there's a more efficient way that doesn't require everyone to edit the same file at the same time...
I'm so confused about those dual type charts.Totally unrelated to the roleplay at hand (closer to Pokewolf than anything else; since Dylan hasn't made a signup thread, I figured this would be the best place to put it), I did a thing. Each cell represents one type pair (save Normal/Normal, Fighting/Fighting, etc, which represent pure Normal, pure Fighting, etc) and gives some information about that type combination.I'm so confused about those dual type charts.
You shoud make it that you put in 6 slots you can put in the names of the pokemon there, And then projects the type chartThank you!
I'll start on the teambuilder thing soonish... or tomorrow, depending...
