Also, after having finished our journeys in johto and kanto, we objectively will have to go somewhere by boat. Can we split up into different regions of our choosing?

Legendaries will work the following:

Main story legendaries won't excist as like the normal game
(My) Story legendaries will excist!
Random event legendaries will excist!
Static events (Like the games) excist!
