So since Lisy is the champ right now. I'd say the following:
If you have 8 badges. The league is optional. And you need to beat her. You can go to Johto before beating the league from this point.
Only the normal starters can be gotten if you are the current champion.
(The last part is a rules)
Would you guys like this or not. Cause you still need to battle lisy. But then you have to wait before continuing

As you might know il be starting a telltale pokemon game (forum version). This will be a secondary game. This rpg will go first.
