Jack knew because he was attacked by Ka'az. Her deliverer power is that she gives you knowledge, but the method of delivery gives immense migraines short-term.

Remember, these are the very first times these people (Simon, Dennis, Sarah, Jason, Tyler, Watson, Glade, Esaias, Lorna, Daniel and Brock) manifest their powers.

The only one who knows about it beforehand is Jack.

Actually for some reason the character names sound like Pokémon Gym Masters names.
Yeah I'm brock, it is a Pokemon leader name. Can I post my char sheet here and join tomorrow?

I know, I have been following it, it's just that heil's character should know as he is in charge of a group of supervillains who are attacking people developing their powers...

An everyday post

Name: Brock Blackwood

Age: 21

Gender: Male

Sexuality: Hetero

Talents: Hunting, stealth, parkour

Personality (one paragraph minimum): He never thinks through what he says before he says it. He has a dark sense of humor, and overly uses sarcasm. He usually instantly defends himself and insults anyone who insults him. However, he is very honest, and usually helps anyone suffering, as he has himself. He becomes uncontrollably angry at the death of friends, becoming reckless, and doing anything to avenge the fallen friend's death.

Backstory (one paragraph minimum): When he was younger, his parents, who were bank owners, were shot in a robbery. He remembers the day vividly, and struggles with the memory in his dreams every night. After the day, he never hunted with a gun again, using instead a bow and knife. Isolated from society, he lived out his hunting life, with sudden bursts of anger occasionally at himself for never catching the murderers. That is, until now.

Current occupation: Hunter

Extra: Becomes mentally unstable around, and at the mention of guns. After a certain level of suffering, he becomes unreasonable and unable to emphasize with anyone else, but is not mentally affected by any suffering (so can easily ignore people mentioning his parents)

@xTordX If you're not okay with it to the point of pointing it out, then why did you do that?

Also I woke up stupidly early and the lights went out for a while so I still need to check what needs to be rewritten.

I'm ok, just giving it humour. Also, it was up to Esaias and the GM's when i "slapped" her.

Look, Tord, I think you're confusing your power with the ability to control the very fabric of reality rather than the ability to disable powers. The first time, I thought the slap actually made sense, considering that I had done it to you, and under the situation, a burst of anger would probably give unprecedented control over your power - just for a bit, anyway.

But seriously, setting my feet on FIRE? I can understand the fact that you hate her and such, and that yes, maybe it would just happen in her mind, but... dude, you DISABLE powers, you don't control other people's state of mind.

I still want to "level up" my power XD
And i'm not actually setting you on fire, just giving you that sensation.

Tord, the only side effect of power disabling is the drunk feeling that randomly affects someone and that includes you - I mean, when your power first manifested you felt like you were having a hangover.

K, changing it :3

There is a rather large misunderstanding here that I'm noticing - mainly that Tord seems to think that he has the ability to control people's nervous system/state of mind/give them hallucinations, which is REALLY annoying me. Like I said, I felt like the slap was needed, so I allowed it - and the GMs did too apparently. But now this is sort of spiraling into you thinking you have more power than you really do. Either way, she was close enough for you to slap her if you wanted to.

YOU CANNOT APPLY THE FEELING OF DRUNKENESS TO PEOPLE DIRECTLY.

You can only disable their powers.

And that applies a feeling of drunkeness to someone (or more than one person).

Oh, God. Complex powers never end well.

And simple powers always find a weird way to be used.
