Looking good Saice. Perhaps when you're done a world download?

Its on a server for just me and my friends/family but I'll see if their cool with it. Or I might be able to hack up the region files and port it into single player to make it downloadable.

I just wanted to add one pet peeve I do have with IC2.

You hit a machine with a pickaxe and you get just the core back. Ok I can understand that.
But you use the wrench... the tool your supposed to use and you STILL have a chance to only get the core back. WTF I lost two centrifuges breaking down my lava system while using the right tool. That I think is silly right tool shoud work all the time.

use the omnitool :) works like an electrical wrench on lossless mode, uses no durability, can also work as a BC wrench/cresent hammer, turns vanilla blocks like wood, and I will assume that it will probably work as a carpenters hammer when extratrees is public

TL;DR it's the tits!

That sounds cool. I'll have to look into it. I'm sure it needs like 2 or 3 diamonds but I got stacks of them from caving.

I'll second that. it's so useful it is almost always on my hotbar!

funnily enough, I think some of my dads tools, including screwdrivers, are older than I am... and I'm 21... and they actually get used.. often

The only thing it doesn't do is RP2 Screwdriverness afaik

It doesn't do some IC2 machines unfortunately. And don't hit an electric cable by mistake, you'll get some kind of glitched item.

I think that was by request of Eloraam, she wanted screwdrivers to have durability/use BT, her choice.

Honestly, it's more annoying than anything, you just need to waste another invo slot...

I have a dedicated ender pouch to carry all my tools, some teleport books, and a few useful materials. The omni wrench, my drill and some torches are the only other things permanently occupying my hotbar.

Maybe I missed it, but will this thing be moved by frames?

Oh god no. That would take an insane anount of frames and engines due to the limits of just how much a frame drive can move. All would have to be prefectly sync... one lag spike would wreck stuff.

No ... just no...

I will try a build a mining ship out of frames that can dock with it later though.

Keep up the good work Saice. Did anyone else notice from the screenshots that on the minimap that your ship looks like a solar eclipse?

I wasn't aware of this... what IC2 machines does it not work on?
Some machines have to be stabbed from a certain side, otherwise the omniwrench only rotates them. I know that either the centrifuge or the electrolyzer (forgot which one) only works when wrenched from the bottom.
