No slimes, can't see chunks in Rei's

DW20 server. I can't find any slimes any more. I had carved out a nice slime farming cave where I found three slime chunks next to each other a couple of months back and it worked fine, but now I can't get them to spawn. Well, there was one small slime when I first went back to it but no more than that. Rei's isn't showing Slime Chunks on the minimap any more either, it will show the grid but it won't show slime chunks, it used to show them in red I think. Any ideas? I'm in Normal mode, and other mobs are spawning just fine. Most of my caves are lit up so it shouldn't be a mob cap issue.

Did you recently update your instance? It's happened to me before that slime chunks have moved when I update

I know not of the solution to the slime spawning issue but if you had lime dye you could always make slime out of it.

I'm not sure how the slime chinks are generated/stored, but it's probably worth hunting out a swamp, as slimes seem to be rather prevalent in those.

That's a point, there needs to be a mod to place full buckets over doors (bucket and all), so that when the door is opened, the bucket spills it's liquid. Would be hilarious with liquid ender.
