I was thinking to my self! "its a shame that alot of good mods from Ultimate are not in Unleashed."
Having the mods you want all in one big mod pack would be awsome. I love playing on Unleashed since it is 1.5.2 and also has some great mods that Ultimate doesnt have.

Merge them and make "FTB Cosmic!"

Many Mod developers do not permit their Mods to be used with certain other Mods... FtB insists on getting the developer's permission to use their mods and don't release packs without those permissions, unlike some pack producers from what I've heard. That's the primary reason that FtB Ultimate was split up into FtB Unleashed and FtB Unhinged when it was updated from MC 1.4.7 to MC 1.5.2.

I don't know the exact details but there were plenty of threads on the subject when I started here during the summer.

Um... yeah. I'll pass. I enjoy packs that have a focus, goal, or theme. Omnibus packs have never appealed to me. And your suggested pack is an omnibus of omnibuses.

Also, what Hambeau said.

And have fun with the IDs and configs on that pack...

Here's the issues I could find with your modlist. I put the issues in italics and blue.
-Flat Bedrock : Useless if you have Thermal Expansion
-Redpower : Will likely never be updated to 1.5.2
-Xycraft : Skipping 1.5.2 and moving onto 1.6.4
Also, using the name FTB is not only against "however you may not use this as the brand for you channel/website", but also claiming to be a part of the FTB Team, which is against this "You are free to use the logo on your youtube or twitch channel or videos unless you are notified otherwise by the FTB Team as long as you don't make any claim to creating or being a part of FTB." Which I assume also goes for modpacks and other content. Other than that the modpack is basically FTB Unleashed.

I would check out the ATLauncher if your planning on creating your own modpack, its alot of work and alot of testing but permission wise you can get around any mods that require manual install/refuse modpack permissions via thier browser install feature.

Gregtech isn't listed there, no idea what you're talking about.

-Advanced Machines - dependent upon IC2
-AdvancedPowerManagement - dependent upon IC2
-AdvancedSolarPanels - dependent upon IC2
-ChargePads - dependent upon IC2
-CompactSolars - dependent upon IC2
-EquivalentExchange3 - I think you mean Equivalency, Equivalent Exchange is technically not updated to 1.6.4
-Flat Bedrock - there is a mod called Smooth Bedrock, which you may mean or just the option in COFHCore
-GraviSuiteGravityGun - GraviSuite is dependent upon IC2, Gravity Gun is an entirely separate mod (but is otherwise fine/updated)
-IndustrialCraft2 - Experimental has not yet finished the new energy net. It's semi-workable but it and everything that uses it may have serious issues. IC2 (non-experimental) is not updated.
-MiscPeripherals - not updated, use Open Peripherals instead.
-ModularForceFieldSystem - Same thing as MFFS, but understandably confusing given two different devs...
-MFFS
-ModularPowerSuits - dependent upon IC2
-MPSAddons - not updated to 1.6.4
-NuclearControl - dependent upon IC2
-Petrogen - not updated since 1.4.7, possibly not in development
-Power Converters - updated but buggy, too many new-ish power systems
-Redpower - not updated since 1.4.7, possibly not in development
-Xycraft - not updated since 1.4.7, definitely in development but no release in sight for 1.6.4

Aside from that, many mods you've included perform redundant tasks. This is fine, but not always appropriate for a pack. Also you might want to consider OverLoad if you're trying to go for an "All The Things" kind of pack.

Minecraft's new launcher makes it rather easy to build your own pack. You can install whichever forge versions you prefer, select them for the main Jar and proceed to add mods. The launcher will identify BlockID conflicts and suggest open ranges. ItemID conflicts can be found in the ForgeModLoader-client-0.log after successfully starting the game once. BiomeID conflicts are log silent (they don't show up in logs!). So be sure to carefully check each mod's config that adds biomes to make sure they don't conflict. Otherwise you can get very weird things to happen. Conversely, if you do want very weird things to happen, try setting some of the nether biomes to the same ID as a surface biome ;)

Also, there are some mods not currently found in FTB packs that do deserve a look
Roguelike Dungeons
Hardcore Ender Expansion
Gany's Surface, Gany's End, Gany's Nether
Mutant Creatures
Falling Meteors
The Farlanders
Father Toast's Special Mobs, Utility Mobs, Deadly World, Natural Absorption
Lycanite's Mobs
Open Blocks

among others of course. Naturally I'm not trying to exclude anyone, but I've been using all these together in my own pack.

Aside from all the other stuff in here, as far as I am aware, Unleashed is intended to be the most complete pack that the team can make within their ruleset (coherency, compatability, etc.).

I don't know if it is or not but it does have UE and vanilla recipes.

Recipes aren't as much an issue as charging the suit is. UE wasn't listed in the OP and the last time I tested it, it wasn't playing nice with other power systems (which is expected as pretty much every power system has recently gone through or is still going through API changes).

Oh, yeah. Capacitors come with a little bit of charge when first installed so you'd have to keep crafting new ones and replacing the ones in the suit. It should work with UE, at least it used to.

Check the thread "Mod Suggestions for 1.6". It's usually one of the top 5-10 threads in General FtB chat.
