MPS Support Thread

    I'm not 100 percent sure, but it seems you can't use mps if you are running java 32x. Is this intentional or is it a bug?
    I have been unable to test it myself, but i have some players who can't use my modpack when they use 32x versions of java.

    I ran it on Java 32 just fine (except for the Camo functionality) before I upgraded my machine to 64-bit two months ago.

    When I updated ngt1.5.2 to the latest version, all items from MPS became "Unnamed", became uncraftable and ceased to function. I tried disabling MPSA but it didn't help. Since I wasn't in a fix-it mood at the time, I just reverted to the previous version of the ngt pack, where everything was working fine.

    (Disclaimer: I haven't looked into this problem thoroughly, so my apologies if there's an obvious and well-documented fix. I only wanted to mention it while it was on my mind, in the likelihood that I forget to later.)

    And you where running the mps for 1.5.2 at that time just fine?

    Hello, I have a problem,

    I just upgraded my power tool and my armor but i didn't feel like wearing my armor so I just kept my power tool. I equip my nano armor and when i equip my power tool, i'm going slow when I fly. I tried to salvage all the everything in my power tool. any body help.

    Hello I am currently using the 1.5.2ngt pack with smart moving. i have updated smart moving to the latest and modular power suits to the latest version off git-hub but i am still getting the visual armor displacement glitch. any help?​

    I have a question for you, Is there a shaders mod your mod calls to that is not listed on your page? I keep getting console spam on both client and server.

    The blur program is internal to ModularPowersuits, so no other shader mods should be necessary (and I'd expect many of them to cause problems). What modpack are you using, have you upgraded your modular powersuit version, and are you running any other shader mods or optifine?

    Anyone get this bug?

    I can add modules but can't change its power level and some text is obscured. Also Notice the bottom.
    Im using a default ampz 1.3 modpack and did not change anything in the config files.

    Nothing adds Optifine automatically, since the creator of Optifine said he isn't giving permissions to anybody to use it.

    people often add Optifine themselves, and there's currently a problem between optifine and MPS

    Nope. I never added optifine and there's none of the special optifine features you get in the options screen.

    Can you still make your MMMPS armor transparent / invisible? (As in, to show your skin and not be hidden in the armor?) Or is that something still in the elusive "Camo" menu that causes my client to bomb out?
