Whats the bug?: Sometimes biomes are "underwater" even if they should not for example forests looking like an ocean)
Can it be repeated?: yes
How to repeat: Generate world with atg (Biomes o plenty activited) use the seed: 2397936 and go to x:-950 y:70 z:-530 (There is a WHOLE marsh biom flooded)

Whats the bug?: Went into a test world (Creative / Flat) to try out the Mimikinetic Upheaver. Upon placement the game crashes.
Can it be repeated?: Yes
How to repeat: Create test world (Creative flat), Terrain gen Grass, Dirt x 12, Bedrock. Get Upheaver, place in world, boom.
EDIT: Also tested with 'Tunneler's Dream' preset (Bedrock, 230x Stone, Dirt, Grass), and yes, it go boom again.

Known Fix: Please, when changing ANYTHING, increment the version number. It is quite difficult to test these things when I'm having to stop to walk people through a force update, only to find that its on the server/my end, and forcing an update on the same version as last night has changed configs (and possibly mods), with no indication of that change.
Luckily I could read crashlogs and figure out what was up.

Bug: world leak errors
Repeatable: easily. I can generate a new map on our host and get the same errors if I let it run for 15 minutes, even with no logins.
I've been getting the same world leak messages since 1.0.2. If I let the server run it ends up with low TPS, rebooting the server every 6 hours is keeping it playable with 10 people. We also did a map reset for 1.0.3.
ATG and Mystcraft have always been disabled for us, Biomes o Plenty always enabled.

Whats the bug? Compacter pipe blows server up after gate is put on with 'activate pipe' as an active action

What's the bug: Igniting nuke via wireless redstone crashes SMP server. Known steps to reproduce:
1. In a desert biome
2. Place nuke on sand
3. Place redstone wireless receiver
4. Program redstone remote control to any channel
5. Program redstone wireless receiver using remote by rightclicking with remote in hand
6. Place 32 plutonium in nuke
7. Place 32 ITNT in nuke
8. Step back and activate nuke using redstone remote
9. Server crash
Can it be repeated: Yes
Known fix: Don't use wireless redstone to ignite nukes

The last message in the log is rotarycraft pipelining its textures from else where. There is no crash log as the system sits there unresponsive for hours if I let it.
Repeatable: not at will but it will happen during an hour of game play... no doubt about that
Known Fix: No fix is know as I dont know how to make rotarycraft force load textures when all the other mods do instead of during the game...

The magical essence ore does not spawn outside of the overworld, meaning mystcraft mining ages cant get the ores. Can it be repeated? Yes Known Fix: I created a fix for this by adding custom ore spawn entries to the COFH world generation instead. However this probably does screw up the overworlds generation due to double generation from both magic crops itself then COFH.
