What's the bug? World-killing crash, not sure what caused it, I was in Roguelike dungeon at the time, and the log seems to say something about endermen and ExtendedBlockStorage, so it might be that they tried to pick up something they shouldn't?
Can it be repeated? No idea. World is no longer available

ArmorStatusHUD shows this as a percentage rather than the durability due to how TiC handles its item durability (using NBT data instead of DV.)

Also please not, I will only accept bug reports from 1.0.3 from this point on.

Ah with my limited knowledge of mods i was 50/50 on it being intended or an oversight with settings. Questioned reporting it of course but i suspected the 1.0.3 tag would be... Informative.

ive been having some odd "lagish" kind of things happening i have good FPS going (got 20gb out of 32 set to run FTB) but will in single player i get things warping back in time the same way it happens when you have poor ping on a server such as digging and then getting pushed back when some dirt or whatever pops back into place.


so best way i can say is its like having a bad ping...but im on single player

sorry if this does not make much sense but im not sure what you would call this problem, its not FPS lag(at times i have over 120FPS) and it cant be ping lag from it not being on a server.

Turn that down to 4GB allocation and see if that helps. Without getting into the technical stuff, allocating excessive memory can actually be a bad thing.

EDIT: You also need to tell us what version of Monster you're running and whether you're using ATG terrain generation, because older versions have a problem with ATG+Mariculture lag.

and im using recommended one so i think its 1.0.1 and yes im using ATG.

also could you point me to some info on the whole to much memory can be bad?i always love reading up on stuff like that :D

you're not going nuts - experiencing the same thing myself in SSP since updating to 1.0.3

e.g. spent the last three hours caving, happened on two occasions - the first time within minutes of logging in.

Monster 1.0.3, BoP + ATG (no mariculture)
70-120 FPS, used memory 48-55%, but using a pickaxe to mine stone, every tenth or so block would re-appear a good second later. I did not experience this in 1.01 or ever in Unleashed or Mindcrack.

I... have been having the same problem, only much more often. though I can't really report this as a bug for Monster as I've added a ton of other mods.

I had this untill i made a new world not using atg generation

What's the bug?: Inconsistency in flammability. TE Liquiducts and Extra Utilities Drums turn to lava when connected to/in range of a Solar Tower. However, BC Transport liquid pipes, Extra Utilities transfer pipes, and TE Portable Tanks function properly (i.e. do not turn into lava.) This may occur with non-fluid related items as well, but I haven't had a chance to test that possibility.

issue with generation of Infernal and Oblivion hives - not a rare spawn
Mining in a SacredSprings biome at bedrock, encounterd SIX magic bee hives (2 infernal, 4 oblivion) within 5 adjacent chunks.

As you can see, there's even 2 hives in the one chunk. I have set waypoints for those I have uncovered so far,

Whats the bug? Spawned in descriptive books do not generate new worlds or teleport people to them. I have not been able to craft a book either, but it's possible that I'm doing it wrong.
Can it be repeated? Yes. Spawn a Descriptive book with the /give command and try to use it.
Known Fix: None that I am aware of.

This was a problem with MCPC. Updating to the latest build fixed the problem.

hmm, would you 2 mind trying out something the next time this happens and it continues for a few minutes... trying going into peaceful, wait a few seconds, and then go back to your normal difficulty setting... I had this problem again, I couldn't break a block without having to wait another 15 seconds, so I tried going into peaceful, and I was able to break the blocks without lagg again...

EDIT: it seems that removing SpecialMobs worked for me to get rid of this problem

Build 82 was supposed to fix this bug, which is a config bug.

EDIT: it seems that removing SpecialMobs worked for me to get rid of this problem

FYI - I removed SpecialMobs earlier but still experienced the block lag, though not as often. I checked my F3/entity count previously and there was nothing unusual going on.

have you also tried switching to peaceful for a moment when it happens?
I thought it could've also been revamp as my base is in a village and the problem seems to happen at night

Because I have removed a lot of mods from my Monster 1.0.3 pack (if I dont plan to use it, remove it - or add it in later) below is my list of disabled mods, which may help to rule out a few mod interactions which you may suspect are contributing to this lag.

For example, I have never run Ars magica or Revamp. The only mod I removed recently was SpecialMobs. When I experience it again, will toggle modes as you suggested.
