Reason: Has a similar function to the builder in BuildCraft, except it doesn't require power and has got a library of custom Buildings to use. You can easily put your own creations in and it will create it. To make buildings you make a Construction Block and place a blueprint with the required materials. You can then hit the block with a hammer and it builds it a layer at a time.

Reason(s): with many mods you tend to have many items in your inventory aswell, often causing you to constantly switch around your items to be able to use them. this mod solves that, by using CTRL and scrolling you'll be able to scroll your hotbar and access all your items found in your inventory. incredibly helpful and it works on Minecraft 1.5 and 1.6 and is probably one of those mods that will work on almost any version unless something big changes

Reason: although this mod is op AS HECK it still has great concepts to it and it is really fun to mess around with. The mod provides really good early game access to safety (the force armor is really good/broken) and helps players with mining and gathering resources a lot (aoe of force pick), as well as ways to save materials (force ingots used in circuits gives you 2 circuits which saves a lot of copper and rubber since they are hard to get early game). Force wrench is great for moving things around and it looks cool. also the sound effect is really nice. This mod has great compactability with other mods such as ic2 and BC3, and i love the way you can make circuits with force ingots which gives you 2 circuits.

1. Unique - something not available in mods currently in a pack = Yes, there's no no way to move blocks without breaking them in the current packs
2. Resource friendly -- low cpu/ram use compared to whats added. Mods that eat server resources will have a hard time getting in. = I and a friend hav it running on a private server, not a problem
3. Somewhat balanced: Dirt to diamonds will not be joining FTB. ;) = the frames are more expensive then the redpower frames were.
4. Updated regularly: mods that update only once in a blue moon with uncommunicative authors are unlikely to make it in. = it get updated regulary, his updates are allways for both 1.6 and 1.5
5. SMP compatible: and yes there are still mods that don't work in SMP. = Like i mentioned earlier, my friend and I use it on our server

Why this mod should be added:
-It isn't a copy of the redpower frames, it works completely different, and there are more types of frames then redpower had
-there is no way to move blocks in the current packs
-you can build very creative aswell as technical designs with it

It requires nether materials to make it, so it assumes you know how to make torches already. It isn't an early-game item.

There already is an Ultimate replacement pack, it's called Unleashed. Also, Project:Red is in FTB Horizons (first 1.6 FTB pack released).
