Looks good
What power multiplier are you using for your big reactors? 17k rf/t seems like a lot, i have a similar, 9x9x7 setup, and it peaks at 2k rf/t (tech world 2)

Heat has a big part of it. Your reactor could be overheated, thus resulting in a loss of power and efficiency. Also, are you using the same coolants as mine, and in the same locations?
This is the highest tier jetpack from Simply Jetpacks. The higher tier jetpacks can allow for near creative flight when in hover mode.
This is a programmable rednet controller from MFR. Quite a complicated block, but what I'm using it for is super simple. (P.S. Props to PurpleMentat for showing how to do this in a video.) This thing is basically raising/lowering the control rods of the reactor depending on how much power I'm using, thus decreasing the amount of fuel I'm using. (Note: The PRC has to be below the port, with a cable connecting it to the port. Otherwise, it will not work properly.)
This is an essential part of any AE network. This block is pretty much the brain of the network, and you can also supply the network power through it(You can also use a power relay)using Rotary Craft shaft power, RF, MJ, EU, or Universal Electricity. Your choice! (Note: You CAN NOT have more then one controller per network, otherwise the network will not work)
This block is where you put your storage drives. Each one can hold 10 drives. Each drive can store up to 63 types, but the amount of each item depends on the tier of the drive(A 16k is bigger then a 4k for example).
This block allows you to access your network as well as providing a handy crafting grid that will pull straight out of the network the items for whatever you are crafting.
(Ignore the Fluid Storage text)
This block allows you to craft up carts from Steves Carts. (Note: The carts can take hours of IRL time to assemble)
It can be given upgrades to increase fuel efficiency, decrease assembly time, etc etc.
Tiny update.
I was going to do Mariculture ore processing, but it turns out it isn't really worth doing, considering fuel costs and what it takes to get it going. So instead, I'm gonna start getting heavily into Rotary Craft and see if I can get an extractor up and running.
I WILL be doing Mariculture Fish Breeding, as it seems quite interesting.

Yeah I saw that after I posted that. I'm gonna use Electricraft to bypass that. (Microturbine feeding into a graphene battery). Was not cheap at all, but I had the diamonds after a giant enderquarry in the Deep Dark.
This is Extra utilities's pump. You place it right above the lava and supply it power and it'll suck up the lava, replacing source blocks with stone.
I had just finished activating this when this was taken. (To learn how to activate it, shift right click on an enchantment table)
This is how you get to the deep dark. You'll want to be very prepared for it, as in good armor and lots of torches. It's the equivalent to a dense ores age, but very dark and the mobs are twice as powerful as in the overworld. Also, stay in the dark for too long and you'll start taking damage that ignores armor.
I needed diamonds, so I made this! Using IC2 and a stack of coal, you can make diamonds.
How I'll be powering my Extractor(No it's not how you thing I'm going to do it).
This needed 2 stacks of diamonds, but can hold a whopping amount of power. I'll be using this to actually power my extractor. The microturbine is just feeding into it.
You need this to fill super conductor wire from electricraft with coolant.
This is how you make the coolant for the super conductor wires. You need ice and at the very least a gasoline engine with a 16:1 gearbox on it.[DOUBLEPOST=1405102527][/DOUBLEPOST]To add onto this. I will be needing the extractor anyway to obtain tungsten to make the blades of a reactorcraft turbine.
