Sorry, forgot the smiley... I haven't had my coffee yet :D

I know what the post meant but there's a part of my brain that looks for ambiguities like this and finds them very humorous.

So, what if I had an idea for a pack, and built the pack, but did not actually do more than just putting the mods in a folder and submitting it to ftb, would it still be okay to use that pack idea? Or would I have to make something new? To be clear, I made a pack but didn't actually do more than submit the mods to ftb.

Did you make it public? If so, nope, can't use it.

Depends on the pack. If that's all you did and the final pack had a whole map and quest set, it's not really the same pack. There's nothing wrong with copying from something you worked on earlier.

This came at a really good time. I just got done with the mod pack I have been working on and have been looking into starting another. And it just so happens the pack I was looking into will fit perfectly with the competition =D

Welp, okay. I guess I'll just upload a new pack then when it is finished. That way there won't be any problems. Spoiler for you guys, got my modtweaker and minetweaker going. :3
P.S. Does anyone know if it is okay to use Thermal Dynamics, as I found the download....

Modtweaker is amazing :3.

 Wow..... My pack is going to be more tech based, with custom blocks and terrain generation. The end game is using RFTools to create a dimension exactly the same as the Overworld was before the apocalypse... I do have minetweaker and modtweaker, but... not a whole lot I can do in tech.

Well, I'm still using tons of tech, but to balance it I make the upgrades and crafting using complicated and expensive magic infusions. :3

However, the Thaumcraft infusion is by far the most expensive and complicated, so it may be better to just stick with reinforced machines...... my versions of resonant are.... yeah. Expensive to say the least.

And trust me, figuring out how to register the new thermal expansion machines in Minetweaker was really painful, and took a few crashes to figure out. I really don't like TE that much anymore..... lol jk.
