Depends on what you use, Computer? Google ur MB with "newest sound drivers"
Laptop? Google ur computer make for example 510M Newest sound drivers

You may just have to wait sometimes it takes a while. I would also recommend going to the options tab in the launcher and setting the ram to 2GB.

Update your .net framework drivers to the latest version.

I had this issue and updated it and now its working fine.
