Mod Pack: Horizons
Mod & Version: ExtraUtilities and Artifice (v1.0.6)
Pastebin link to crash log:None
Whats the bug? Artifice's marble/basalt can be turned to extra utilities compressed cobble and then back to normal cobble (See attached images)
Can it be repeated? Every time
Known Fix: Could change is so marble/basalt don't have all the same characteristics as cobble

I believe that's because its listed as cobble in the ore dictionary. I'll look into it just in case.

Not really a huge priority, basically you are turning black and white cobble into grey cobblestone. We will look into it but not sure changing the color is a huge exploit.[DOUBLEPOST=1386613891][/DOUBLEPOST]
All my cfg files in Horizons\minecraft\config\biomesoplenty reset when I launch.
There is no way to configure which biomes to generate now.

Luckily we just released the universal configs https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0BxjG2kerwqJec0w2SldrRktpU1U&usp=sharing so you can download a replacement BoP config.

To further explain the problem;

The terraingen.cfg from the released universal configs on google drive has I:"Biome Size"=4
The terraingen.cfg that appears when you download the Horizons pack has I:"Biome Size"=2

I copy this universal cfg file over the original
I click launch, Biome Size is now no longer 4 but 2 again

No matter what changes I make in these configs, they go back.

We cannot seem to duplicate this. We will be releasing an update that will include the fixed config. We are just doing some testing on updated mods to also update at the same time.

Client is shut down after i test RoteryCraft

also if i place a Valve pipe close the client!

Horizons doesn't seem to be getting the window size from the options. The latest version of FtB Unleashed isn't having this problem, so I assume that this is a Horizons issue.

not really considered as a bug, but nei shows that a lot of stuff can be "remelted" in the redstone furnace and gives back the same thing, looked it up stone, iron ingot, steel ingot. the output of the redstone furnace was again stone, iron ingot; steel ingot.

not sure this is intended or nei messing up

Mod Pack: Horizons
Mod & Version: 1.0.6
Pastebin link to crash log: None
Whats the bug? Unable to Bind "B" to inventory. When only inventory is bound to B in options>control. It still wont open the inventory
Can it be repeated? Yes.
Known Fix: Probably finding which mod uses B that is not listed in the Controls in option

Better storage is stealing the keybinds for B and F and not letting anything else use them from what i can tell.

Jaded, I assume I'm missing something obvious here, but where do I go for info on how mods in this modpack work? I don't want to submit posts asking how this or that in mod xyz works here, that much is obvious. :D

Cheers ...

There's a crafting conflict between the RotaryCraft screwdriver and the Pam's Harvestcraft knife

Whats the bug? Can't seem to swing more than once, so I am unable to cut down trees or mine anything. But still somehow manages to cut tall grass without having to click each time with no animation though.
Can it be repeated? doesn't stop
Known Fix: none

NEVERMIND apparently NEI has an adventure mod and creative, for some reason adventure doesn't allow you to attack blocks.

A umm, config bug right here?

Mod Pack: Horizons
Modpack Version: 1.0.6
Bug:

Step 1) Mine 'Copper Ore' specifically, the ore with ID: 900 (Copper Ore - Metallurgy 3 Base).
Step 2) Place the copper ore into a Metallurgy 3 crusher (i've tested it with the stone and copper crusher) http://puu.sh/5HY9l.jpg
Step 3) The crusher has now just created 'Copper Powder' (ID: 31956:3 - Ender IO) http://puu.sh/5HYbB.jpg
Step 4) Take the 'Copper Powder' and place it into a vanilla furnace (i'm thinking any furnace will work here) http://puu.sh/5HYcv.jpg
Step 5) The furnace has now magically turned 'Copper Powder' into 'Copper Ingot' (ID: 20264:64 - Thermal Expansion) http://puu.sh/5HYe8.jpg

It is 100% repeatable in both single player and multiplayer, at first i thought.

Its called an ore dictionary. Generally speaking most dust/powder will be equivalent no matter which mod it is labeled as being from.

the dust/powder portion is decided by which machine you put it into. So a pulverizer creates TE3 "pulverized copper" ore dict dustCopper , the crusher produces Ender IO "Copper Powder" ore dict dustCopper etc etc and the different furnaces make ingots out of any "dustCopper" TE3 is the default ingot unless a machine specifically picks a different one. FOr example packs with IC2, the IC2 machines make IC2 ingots, The TiCOn smeltery makes TiCon ingots. Its perfectly normal and not a config issue.
