Paul murders the dolphin doctor after getting the cure for him and Jullietta as revenge for them.

)After Paul murders the dolphin after obtaining the super-dope cure, he returns to the mansion where Julietta is anxiously waiting for his return. After Paul returned, he imparts the knowledge of the Shady Dolphin Guy being the particular doctor who gave him the cure. As he described how the Shady Dolphin Guy looked while handing some samples of the cure to Julietta, Julietta realizes that
The Shady Dolphin Guy was her former boyfriend.
The Shady Dolphin Guy was her current doctor.

The couple notice one day that their back is sore. When they look at the mirror, they realize that they are growing dolphin fins on their back. Julietta still becomes infuriated with Davy for having to bring all these calamities to her life, but Paul is absorbed at the thought of finally swimming like a champion. He would just have to convince the judges that this fin was normal and that he would sue them if they barred him from attendance.
