Future of GeoStrata and DyeTrees

Going off of the pol results, I think the decision has been made.

As of MC 1.7, GeoStrata will consist only of the rocks, and the crystals and all items related to them will be ported into DyeTrees.
DyeTrees will be renamed "ChromatiCraft", and will grow into a full-scale magic mod, though with a different approach to existing ones.
Ender Forest will also be absorbed by ChromatiCraft.
