Woops, true. I didn't see it in the log but I forgot you play DW20, which does not have it. I'm out of ideas now then :I

Gaaawd... damnit.

So, the ONLY thing that instantly puts the FPS down is the Portable Hole... I use that very much, but the FPS goes up again after its closed, can it maybe put a memory leak or something after its closed?

And lets see... hmm, i get like 2-3 fps less when i look towards my two spawners (blaze and wither skull spawner)
They are both turned off, but maybe they cause lag anyway?
Maybe Brain in a jar (have 4) is causing lag since it constantly searches for EXP?

I dont know.. Its just so retarded all this

Btw, have you tried if using optifine would help you?

Oh yeah...
That thing i had all the way since the beginning.
I cant play Minecraft with the crappy low res textures it uses, i have Soartex and Optifine Ultimate
I tried to screw around with the settings within Optifine, such as anti allaising and aniscroptic filtering and multi-core chunk loading...
They didnt do any difference on the FPS at all.

I bet it must be something that stores alot of data, and just keeps it stored until i restart whole minecraft...

Yea, I have the same problem but it's not even close to as severe. I mean, my FPS is fine till like 8 hours of playing and then I gotta boot MC. Try allocating even less RAM, like 1-2 gb max and keep your fingers crossed.

I'm sorry, but all the support you meet here are volunteers, and heck I'm not even "support", I'm just a random guy who tries to solve these tech support requests with common sense and google
so I'm far from almighty.

Nonono!
I didnt mean anything bad towards you!
You have been awesome since you atleast tried to figure it out.

Thing is just that i bet there is someone on this forums that has the solution/idea what is wrong, but is just not interested to help

download multimc. it has an option to import ftb packs when creating a new instance.

after creating the new instance, right click the instance and click settings. click the java tab.

decheck the "use default"

change both the min and max to 4096

add the following to the AVM arguements section:

-d64 -server -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=40 -XX:GCPauseIntervalMillis=150 -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -XX:+AggressiveOpts

edit: you will have to manually copy your save over i think though

The FPS still drops as much but it still lags less somehow,

Is there any tweaks i can do to possible make it even better?

Hrm. I'm not sure but I'll attempt to look into it. None of my private packs use ic2 anymore because I feel the enet just gets to laggy for my taste. I love ultimate, but until mojang actually codes native support for multiprocessors, anything we do is basically "hack n slash" optimization when running so many mods at once.

Ok, forgot about this, since you have enough memory.

Navigate to your instances config folder and look for forgechunkloading.cfg. open it and there should be an option for dormant chuck cache (or something similar, I'm at work atm so I can't find exactly what it says.) Set this equal to 1024.

Also, if you haven't, install optifine into your jar folder and tweak your render settings.

Alright, the dormant was on =0 so its changed now.

Optifine i had since the beginning, but i dont understand what you mean with render settings?
Its not the options you talk about? Its something in config?

No, I mean the options optifine adds to the menu.

Also, another horrible thing that can hurt you is the memory leak in 1.4.7 (fixed in 1.5.x as far as I've seen) dealing with unloading worlds. To fix this, you can spawn in a chunkloader and place it into the nether, twilght forest, and any mystcraft ages you have created. This helps new worlds also.

totte1015 i have has this same problem or at least something like it. When i would log on to my FTB Mindcrack world and just a regular server i would play on, i would get some bad fps drops. What i ended up doing was updating my Graphics Card Driver and it worked smoothly after that. Hope this helps!

Hmm... Didnt seem like it worked.

The weird thing is that, i can press E (inventory) and tab out of game, look on direwolf20s gameplay for a couple of minutes then tab in again, if i do this ALOT during a short period of time, the FPS decreases alot faster

Yeah, got in touch with Damien Karras but not even he could get the shit out of my computer.

On topic...
Is it worth to maybe do a video walkthrough just me going around and look at all the machines I have and maybe someone sees something that "HEY THAT MACHINE IS A MAJOR BUG" or something like that?
