I want to know what do you guys do with your extra cobble that is not needed after you have filled like 10 crystal chests of cobble? I already have it feed into a automatic furnace, and have tons of stone as well. Is there a way to make it dump into a lava pit if the chests are full?

You can use a Void Pipe, those delete anything that goes into them, or, if you prefer Redpower Tubing, put a Lava Source right next to a Transposer.
Though perhaps a more efficient use of some of that Cobble would be Recyclers for Scrap for Boiler or Mass/Matterfab fueling, or Scrapboxes. If you have enough power.

With the void piping, how do i make it so that it only enters that pipe if the chest is full? oh wait i think i know. What does a recycle do?
Oh, an extra cobblestone question. You're not using your cobble correctly if you have "too much".

A Recycler's a machine from Industrialcraft which you can put stuff in and it turns it into Scrap. It needs power, of course. And you can use Scrap for making Mass/Matter Fabricators require much less EU per UUM (in fact, I think it's mandatory for Matter Fabricators,) and I think I've seen a couple Scrap-powered Boiler setups.
And the only foolproof thing I can think of for the Void Pipe is extensive Gates/RP Logic.
Yeah jumpfight i know i use the minium stone to do all of those things, but i have soooo much cobble that i can make crystal chests of all those things, i have roughly like 8 crystal chests of cobblestone, i will make some of those when i make my sorting house, but my quarries are in the ocean so they get enough sand.

i have direwolf20 can i do that? I have a magma crucible but where do i put the stone after it melts or whatever you call it?

Well i want sand, so that i can use an induction smelter to get 2 ingots from one ore, and then 3 ingots from sand and rich slag.

Just pulverize gold and induction smelt copper with slag.
But Cobblestone is so useful I can't see why you'd just throw it away like that, even not including the Minum Stone, which is...not in Mindcrack so I have nothing to say.

The minium stone is good, except you lose stuff most of the time. Its is good when you have a lot of materials except one and you can just make a ton of the one your missing for instance cobblestone to grass to obsidian, that is what i do with most of my cobblestone.
Maybe i will just do that, and get tons of obsidian.

I got around the issue of extra cubble by no using the quarry.
If I must do automatic mining I use the IC2 miner instead. Vary little unwanted cobble from that and no huge hole in the world either.
To be honest though a large amount of my ore is collected by hand via cave exploring.

Heheh yeah that's what I do, what if you realize you have tons of ores and don't need them either? Then you stop quarrying...no quarry...no cobble.
Just to add to that, quarries are expensive to maintain, they can suck up to 48 MJ/t each off your power grid unless you independently power them all (more trouble than its worth)
Then there's the cost of sorting and storage. With extruders you leave behind the "amount" mindset and settle into a "rate" mindset. if extruders create X cobble per minute and the processes you need require 4X cobble per minute, then 4 cheap machines and 0 power input will supply you indefinitely.

Some men, just want to watch the world burn. In a flood of diamond chests full of cobble, gravel, sand, and dirt. I've got two extradimensional barrels of each of those, with dirt and cobble full, sand and gravel almost half full (one barrel). After they reach that, well, I'm hoping to have AE so that won't be an issue.
