TE and Extra Utils disagree (wildly) on how RF->MJ converts. Using TE conduits, 24 Magmatic Dynamo can easily power 4 Forestry stills. If you connect an Extra Utils energy node to the conduit and use that to power the stills instead, it uses a LOT more power and the dynamos can't keep up.

NOTE: I have Billund and MFR disabled

It seems if I have power-consuming upgrades in the legs and have power only supplied by legs, then whenever I begin or stop sprinting, or open up certain block interfaces, the suit's power resets to it's minimum full setting. If there is power in other suit elements it seems fine, and if I don't use sprint boost module it doesn't seem to have the issue either. It's a bit odd.

Can it be repeated?
Yes, get some power suit pants, install any battery in it, and install a sprint boost. Make sure to tinker the sprint boost up some so it uses power. Walk around a bit and notice your power go down. Then, start sprinting and notice it reset to the base full value for the battery (always the base value, even if you tinker the max storage up from it). It will reset as you stop sprinting too. Also, if you tinker the modules at all the power resets. I noticed it resets if I open my MFE interface. However I'm not entirely sure this issue is contained to the legs specifically. It seems like a kind of complex bug that could probably be triggered in many other ways

Edit: Further testing reveals it's not resetting necessarily to full, but to a previous value (which starts out at the base full one). It seems that if power is draining from the legs, then this reset happens on sprint stop/start etc. If power is draining from a higher unit (chest/helm) it doesn't happen, it's only the legs that want to reset. I have managed to get the chest to do the reset thing too with the jetpack but it's inconsistent. With the jump boost installed, sprinting and jumping around can change the value power reverts to. There's clearly a glitch in the mod with regards to power consumption under certain conditions.

Known Fix:
Given how weird the bug is, it doesn't seem there's a reliable workaround to avoid getting free energy.

Whats the bug? Coal Dust (IC2) and/or Pulverized Coal (TE) can not be crafted into Raw Carbon Fibre (IC2), the recipes seem to be wrong, it is listed in NEI however.
Can it be repeated? Yes.
Known Fix: nope


The recipe is wrong. Put 4 dust / pulverized coal in a 2 x 2 square and it will work.

Looks like a problem with your saved game. Did you try to create another world/save to see if that worked? Anyway, to fix your save make a backup copy of it 1st. Then use MC Edit to remove the buildcraft pump that is causing the issues. The information below from the crash report tells where the block is located at.

Please also report what the pump was interacting with. The block location dump does not happen to include a dimension but the other information should help you narrow it down quickly.

whats wron with my worlds they keep slowing to a halt spamming my console with monster in wrong location messages and chunks disapearing and then computer grinds to a halt and i need to CTRL-ALT-DEL the game.

Whats the bug? my game starts to studder and lag insanely much after a sertain times progress, and chunks start to disapear, and i get massive amounts of critters in he wrong place spam in console window
Can it be repeated? every time i start a new world, it starts studdering after a while (few days gameplay)

Whats the bug? The crafting altar doesn't seem to work. I have a simple spellbook on the lectern (projectile + fire damage), but dropping a blank rune in the crafting altar doesn't seem to trigger the crafting of the spell (no icons appear above the lectern). I have tried creating one both in creative and in survival (including the crafting of an occulus and inscription table), but I haven't managed to get it to work since modpack version 1.0.09.
Can it be repeated? Yes, I have created several worlds to test this, on all modpack versions since 1.0.09
Known Fix: No known fix.

I don't know if this was fixed yet, but last time I used MCEdit on a modded mc file (DW20pack 1.4.7) it destroyed every block that was not from vanilla (I'll try it tohg), so I'm pretty sure that won't work
But also it didn't crash when I tried to load my world, it crashed when I tried to start Minecraft

The pump in the nether powered by 4 RS-Engines pumps lava into an ender tank colored orange/orange/orange

Whats the bug? Cannot connect Nexi to any source. Right clicking on the nexi does not put them into pairing mode (No method puts them into pairing mode for that matter)
Can it be repeated? Yes, every time you try to connect the nexi to anything (crafting altar, mana battery, etc.)

Whats the bug? Twilight Forest mobs can no longer be shifted into. They show in the interface, and still acquire as normal, and even show the new abilities (flight etc. for birds), but clicking to select just closes the morph interface.

Whats the bug? Crashed while flying morphed as a bat over some random place (did not see anything special before it crashed). Was not doing anything special apart from flying morphed (survival game).
Can it be repeated? No. After reloading the game everything works so far.
Known Fix: No idea.


I've had that issue myself, as I've noticed that sometimes when volcanoes spawn, it really bogs down your system - leading to heavy, heavy lag or in some instances, a crash.
