Okay - Ex Nihilo Omnia crucibles in 1.10.2. I was trying to semi-automate lava production and have run into a snag:

Apparently, the top of the crucible is the only way to pump lava out (Ender IO fluid conduits are what I have). This also appears to be the only direction that I can hopper cobblestone in - unless there's some other method I'm missing? My plan was to have some inventory that received cobble, get that into the crucible, then pump the lava out into a fluid-tank for further distribution.

Is there a replacement for the OpenBlocks XP Drain in FTB Beyond?

Just to clarify, do you specifically need a block that you stand on to remove xp, or can it be any mechanism that will allow you to store XP?

If the pack has Ender IO, there's an Experience Obelisk that is very handy at storing xp. Better than the drain in many respects, since you're usually storing the XP in a finite-sized tank, and the obelisk is essentially infinite xp storage as far as I can tell (I've never managed to fill it)

You have also the XP drain Singulary Tank from the mod "Mob Grinding" is similar at the Xp drain from Openblock. But it's more easy to use Ender IO as Pyure told you. U can drain with liquid conduit the xp to a tank or drum.
You can pump Liquid XP into the Experience Obelisk. If you combine the two methods above, you can have XP passively drained from you and have it pumped into the Obelisk for infinite storage and ease of access.

I BELIEVE that you can do that, but I wouldn't be able to tell you how.

Can I add immersive petroleum, extra bees, MFE and MMP to Beyond without problems? Oh and fast leaf decay

EDIT: Apparently extra bees doesnt exist? I swear I have seen it in the ATM mod list on the twitch launcher. But it isnt even in their offical list on curseforge
However more bees is a thing so thats cool

Depending on your version of Minecraft you might be allocating too much ram, which can also cause FPS issues... Memory Allocation looks like a bell curve function... As you add memory the performance improves up to a point and then starts getting worse as you allow more ram. This is due to Java's built-in self cleaning algorithms - too much memory allocated means the language is spending more time clearing unneeded memory for later use than it is running the game.

Versions of MC 1.7.10 or older don't need much more than 3.5-4GB unless you have texture packs. Anything newer, including 1.10.2 is good with between 4.5 and 6 GB. In my case I run MC 1.10.2 at 5.5GB but still see 40-50 fps because I've got an old GPU (GT610) gumming up my works :D

Ah, I didn't know that you can actually give it too much RAM. ^^"
Thank you alot for the hint about that. Guess I will reduce the RAM slowly and see if it gets better.

The answer is a LOT more complex than this.

My first question: What version of java and which garbage collector are you using?

If you are able to use J8 and G1GC, give that a try. It is really smart, and able to handle Minecraft.

Beyond that, Minecraft is a worst-case fit for ALL of the default settings for all other garbage collectors, and you need to tune them. Once tuned, you can give Minecraft as much memory as you want/need.

In my Skyfactory world I used item conduits and fluid conduits in the top block. Since they can be in the same block.

With Chisel & Bits, if I have a random selection of various bits, can I somehow combine them back their original blocks?
