Why do my regular rubber saplings keep turning into sacred rubber saplings when my planter puts them down?

Yes.
And I didn't think it was a bug, I thought it was a tiny %chance of the sacred sapling dropping in place of a normal one.
Gonna have to keep a close eye on my tree farm then. Seen screenshots of those monstrosities, look annoying to get rid of.

It's a bug. Check the metadata to make sure it isn't actually the real deal (I swear @RealSketch, you'd better not make a joke...). If it doesn't match the real sacred tree, you'll be fine to keep using them.
How on earth can NEI be outdated with a mod update? Unless they're adding info like tema, I don't see how that is possible. (Other than missing NEI handlers)
