Short term problem solved- planted a couple silvertrees at a slight distance, merged those and was then able to reconvert that teensy unstable node. Now how to get to the large 600 unstable node at lava level, do I have to create a huge gorge for a silvertree chain to bedrock?

So the wiki(s) all mention that ender tanks can cause a bug in which chunks get re-loaded. In the current 1.5.2 unleashed, is this still a thing?

My base, I just realized, has like half dozen "water stations" with aqueous accumulators or pumps. I'd be nice to cut down that number with a few cleverly placed ender tanks. I guess tesseracts also work, but the ender tanks are cheaper and a bit easier to set up.

From ftbwiki.org -
When using an Ender Tank and a chunk loader in the same chunk (8x8), the chunk can be reset and you will lose everything that was in that chunk.
Possible fix: have a chunk loader in a chunk next to it, but increase the size of chunk loading to include the nearby chunks (Use NEI's F7 & F10 modes).
NOTE: 1.5.2 and above; chicken_bones's chunk loader should NOT cause any resets anymore.

That's not true. IIRC it will cause issues until 1.6. Don't trust the FTB Wiki.org for 1.5 information, they are working on 1.6 now, even though it's an FTB wiki.

Is there any mods that have an item opposite of a pump? Say I had dug my own river bed and wanted to completely fill it with water source blocks?

Average the two nodes' max vis, then take the square root. That's how far apart they have to be to merge. You can pull a node up to 27 blocks with the Crystal Core.

How do I empty a warded jar? I've got jars full of useless Lignum and Herba and I wanna get rid of it.

Also are Decanting golems worthwhile? A lot of the essentia I produce is junk that I don't want, and I'm concerned that it'll start filling up jars with useless junk.

Only way I know of emptying jars is the vials.

Don't have any empty jars around if you don't want them filled with unwanted essentia: Make sure all your jars with at least one vial of the essentia you want to keep stored.

Hmmm...is there a well-known way to trigger the ender tank/chunk loader problem? I'd like to see if I can replicate the bug in a separate world to verify whether or not it's an issue in the current version.

Not sure, I haven't actually had it before, but many others have, and Hoff (tech support guy) has replicated it IIRC.

Next try:

1. I'm currently playing on a server with Unleashed 1.1.4 and the "Biomes 'O Plenty"-achievement in the "Biome Finder"-section isn't marked as taken (don't you get it when you find you first new biome?) and since I've already found a few of the new biomes, it also doesn't change. Is there a way to reset it myself (only the BOP-section, though)?

2. How much EU/t does a force field (MFFS) with dimensions of 50x40x30 (length x width x height) approximately use? I want to power it with a single Hybrid or Ultimate Hybrid solar panel, would that be enough power?

Mobs can't spawn in any block that has something in it. Carpets, lilly pads, slabs, conveyor belts, torches, all these things will stop mobs from spawning.
I see. So they wouldn't spawn on MFR conveyor belts. However, the extra utils conveyor belts are an actual block, not something you place on top of another block. So would mobs spawn on them?

1. No clue personally. Though aren't achievements stored in your player data on the server? If it's really important to you, you may have to ask a server owner/admin to help you on that.

2. Which fork of MFFS? I'm personally not familiar with either, but that sounds like something you can test in a creative test world.

how to extract UU-matter from mass fabricator?
I tried hooking wooden pipe to it and powered pipe with electrical engine ...expect no UU-matter is removed from fabricator
