Its kawaiiness overrules meaningless boundaries like gender.doesnt quite look anime girl enough for me.....
Even without that transformation though. I like to consider Yoshimura and Mado like two sides of the contrast coin. One would be considered a monster, and has done terrible things, yet tries his best to be kind and helpful to all. The other would be considered a saviour by most, a mentor to some, loved by some, yet his attitude is cruel and unfeeling, almost twisted in how he fights. It's contrasts like that that really highlight the moral ambiguities that the show dances through. I think Amon and Kaneki is another really good contrast to draw. It'll be interesting to see what happens as :re develops.Yeah, I love the transformation the main character's psyche goes through. Easily one of my top 10 protagonists and amazing character arc.
Eh, I think everyone in that show is morally grey enough that you can't really call anybody an exact opposite of each other. But I do agree that the clashing of the self interests of the characters leads to some spectacular stories.Even without that transformation though. Look at the underlying tabs. Nudity (partial or full), Panty shots, and lastly without intercourse. Directly quoting wikipedia "There are many possibilities to classify a work itself as ecchi, but these elements have to occur quite often (for example in all episodes of an anime)."*Ehem* https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ecchi
Only as a noun.
And the animated porn is referred to as hentai even in Japan but even then it can just mean perverted.
No, they aren't. For christ's sake Spice and Wolf has some mild fan service, and I can assure you, it is not ecchi. SAO has some fanservice, not ecchi. Log Horizon has some fan service, not ecchi. And I don't think you understand, series with fanservice are labelled as ecchi.
All of those series are considered ecchi! ಠ益ಠDamn it potato

Thus, excluding the majority of anime that uses fanservice.

O'really? All of those series are considered ecchi! ಠ益ಠ
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ecchi#Typical_examplesAlso, where the hell did you get that wikipedia quote? I can't find it on the page.
I can't find them tagged ecchi, but I would argue that they have ecchi themes. As Spice and Wolf has complete nudity in several points.O'really?
Hint: they aren't
https://hummingbird.me/anime/log-horizon
https://hummingbird.me/anime/sword-art-online
https://hummingbird.me/anime/spice-and-wolf
Find one tagging site where they are, have a good long search
Therefore proving that they are not considered ecchi, which is what you saidI can't find them tagged ecchi

One of three. Also, said nudity is in no way sexual, watch the scenes. As Spice and Wolf has complete nudity in several points.
You completely disregarded me calling a series being ecchi when I showed you it was tagged as such? Therefore proving that they are not considered ecchi, which is what you said
I haven't watched the other two, but I have talked to people who have complained about the fanservice in those and therefore have called it ecchi. I have read Spice and Wolf and it is still ecchi to a large degree. Argue all you want, the nudity is deliberately displayed as sexual at several points in that series. One of three. Also, said nudity is in no way sexual, watch the scenes.
And I showed you a counter-tag, you haven't shown me oneYou completely disregarded me calling a series being ecchi when I showed you it was tagged as such?
SAO, has fanservice. Even has some weird stuff in SAO 2, but no where near he wikipedia definitions. The closest thing to nudity or anything else in it is the scene where asuna misinterpreted kirito and thought she was invited to spend the night for...other activities, which was a pretty awkward scene, not a sexually interesting oneI haven't watched the other two, but I have talked to people who have complained about the fanservice in those and therefore have called it ecchi.
Talking about the anime adaptation as I haven't read S & W (I really should), I don't see one sexual scene in there as far as nudity is concerned. In fact if we are going to talk about the light novel, when people tried to sexualize the cover for the american release, people were fairly angry because S & W's nude scenes aren't like thatI have read Spice and Wolf and it is still ecchi to a large degree. Argue all you want, the nudity is deliberately displayed as sexual at several points in that series.
If you're going to be a brat, don't expect me to debate this reasonably with you. I'm tired of arguing this with someone who doesn't even seem to have an idea of what constitutes ecchi. Goodnight.Log Horizon? Ecchi? Can I take a minute to laugh? Because that sounds like you're talking out of your ass.
Ok, that one part was probably not required, but I think anyone who has watched LH can agree, it is not an ecchi. If you're going to be a brat, don't expect me to debate this reasonably with you.
Ok, I was fine with the above, but saying this makes you sound just as much like a brat. Because we haven't resolved the discussion yet, you can't say that I don't have any idea about it. The most likely answer is that neither of us is right and there is some kind of gray are we are missing, so stop acting like you know everything, because none of us do.I'm tired of arguing this with someone who doesn't even seem to have an idea of what constitutes ecchi.
Gnight, have a good oneGoodnight.
Then you'd like the Double Cross RPG, it's a recent import and explores these same themes.Even without that transformation though. What trophy?Heh, this trophy sucks. Once you miss the opportunity there's no way to obtain it ever again.
Over Powered EloquenceWhat trophy?
There was a time where I was much more active than now (outside of the games)How do you even have that many messages? I've been here longer and still have less than half.
