You turn into a fly and you keep your consciousness and awareness for your entire, extremely short fly life.
I wish to have already finished my research paper, editing and all.

You finished it but you have to finish it again and it takes 3x longer then the first time.

Granted, you are now allergic to everything. Except for cats.
I wish that I had a useless cup that is indestructible, does nothing and serves no purpose. And it is impossible to touch or get near.

Granted. The cup is filled with coffee, you are addicted to coffee so you can't do anything but try and drink from the cup for the rest of your life.

Granted but you have the feeling that somewhere could be something interesting and you get crazy because of it.
