71. Build said base in an RFTools dimension that is completely blocked off from the outside world other than a single private Matter Receiver. This means you should put the Dimension Builder in your base, too (after building the dimension, of course), and make absolutely certain it doesn't run out of power, because if it does, you'll instantly die whenever you try to enter the dimension, so you'll have trouble restarting it.
