I fixed it! It was an issue with the graphics card not recognising FTB launcher. I had to manually configure the FTB launcher to use the Nvidia graphics processor

Just curious, is there currently an official wiki for this modpack? Or has anyone started one somewhere? I love this modpack, and really appreciate all the hard work that has been, and still is, going on to update and complete it. I just have a little trouble learning some of the newer updates to mods I played a couple years ago. Although, I suppose I could go research each of these mods individually, it would be nice if all the information was in one location.

I can't wait for a full release (v1.0.0) of this modpack, because of how fun it already is and how amazing it will likely be when it's complete!

I've never heard of a wiki for a modpack as the FTB wiki already covers almost everything.

However if you want to know more specific "special" changes, you can ask us here. Things like the big reactors only outputting half their power, for example.

dont forget that they also eat very signifcantly more (yellowirum/blutonium)fuel too and yellowium world gen is decreased and big reactor turbines also produce half the rf as well

Hello Newbie posting here - if this is the wrong place apologies and can you direct me to the right place?

Enjoying the pack a great deal - however I have now seen three occasions where, after shift clicking on my crafting table to return an item to my inventory, it has vanished. This happened twice while filling goods supply crates and once causing me to lose my Tinker's Excavator.

Any ideas? Is is something I'm doing wrong?

I have noticed that you can't create any tool with Fluxed Crystals.

The quest say that I need a sand sword and sand pickaxe, but it do not work to create them.

And the Gem Cutter and the Gem Refiner seams to be broken.

Update: With no block under it I can place the gem cutter and refiner

place them on a energy conduit/flux duct/other power pipes they should behave

Really isn't much need for an official wiki for the modpack. The FTB wiki itself covers most every mod in the pack, the only changes are config tweaks and recipe changes (usually to fix a duplicate recipe).

Hm that's extremely odd. Will investigate.

I have noticed that you can't create any tool with Fluxed Crystals.
Oh that's odd, it looks like the tool crafting for it got broken in the last update. You'll want to /hqm edit yourself a book and auto complete the quest to get past it for now, will be fixed next update.

And the Gem Cutter and the Gem Refiner seams to be broken.
Placing them onto an RF pipe of any sort usually works best. Unsure why they are finicky about placement.

A small heads up for those using Mek machines: before the update, all my Electrolytic Separators were set to "Dump Excess"; after the update, they all went to "Dumping". I doubt the pack itself is to blame, might just be the update to Mek v9 - just make sure to check the machines in your world.
