1. Millenaire is very laggy, but worth it. Try all the things you'd do to raise FPS. Just be prepared for it to lag.
2. That would be Post Finem. Might wanna read the post I made on HQM strategy, because Post Finem has enviromine in it, which is PAINFUL if you don't know what you're doing. No literally, the graphical effects may need to be turned down if you, like me, are prone to graphical effects causing headaches.

You might also wanna brush up on your organic chemistry if thats the case as well, and on radioactivity. Hint, NEVER EVER EVER put ender pearls in a chemical decomposer. Bad idea, very bad. Same with nether stars.

Phoenix I also wanted to add, agricraft adds a small issue with the scholarly bee branch, they need wheat and so do the rural bees. Any... way you could make it that the bees know when wheat is being grown nearby on agricraft crops? Pollination, and accellerating crop growth, is one of the major upsides to struggling with beekeeping and breeding.

That said, yay for thaumcraft and timely branch bees! Doctor Who inspired bee products here I come!
Bees can recognize things like wheat on crop sticks in forestry 4, however we are currently stuck on forestry 3.6.x until Binnie's mods update. As a workaround you can forcibly plant crops vanilla style with a multifarm.

Hi, thank you for making this great mod. I was played regrowth at its early stage (needs pack code). I currently want to play it again. The changelog says the newest version is 0.89, why my FTB launch only up to 0.88?
0.8.9 is the version currently in development, that changelog file is my running changelog which I update as I make the changes in my dev instance.

urg. ;.; plz tell me thats not the forestry auto farm? ;.; ;;;;;; god thephoenixlodge you'd understand my disappointment if you saw the amount of land i have under cultivation. V.V I'm nearly done with the strong tier magical crops, just regeneration seeds to go and I can go on to the extreme tier. I have all the magical food crops, all the vanilla crops, all made using Agricraft's system and an 8x8 square of garden soil wherever possible.

The tract is so big that i need to use world anchors because the chunks will unload at one end if I go to the other one. THAT is how much land I've cultivated. If I have to switch to another farming system I've never done before I'm gonna SCREAM.

Multifarms aren't getting done till I'm also ready to try making an alveary , something else I routinely screw up. V.V;;;; there are a lot of mods I need a crash course in common multi block structures in.

Unless it's been "fixed" by TPL, dispensers can plant wheat on farmland. It's a Botania mechanic for autofarming with Botania, and how I placed wheat for my bees.

This is my current setup for mana (3 endoflames, and I just drop wood at them whenever I get it), the only essence seeds I have are essence @ 10/10/10 and skeleton at 4/3/3 right now, any suggestions for a more efficient mana generation?(Passive dayblooms seems to wither fast)

The quest reward daybloom/nightshade/hydroangeas that you get from completing Botania Quests are more than enough mana to make all the seeds that you want early on. I'd shoot for Coal seeds as a priority and use those power more endoflames for more mana.

@Luna THANK YOU! No wonder you picked Winry for your userpic if you're that good with automation.

@Mane You want to eventually work up to having thermalillies, which are simple, and the rosa arcana, which requires a mana rune. The good news is, if you got this far, all you need are ender pearls to make mana pearls and you'll have everything you need for the mana rune.

Oh yes and to get redstone root early, fish till you get a red herring, and melt it down in the crucible furnace, Lapis can be obtained from the blue tang fish (Just think Dory from Finding Nemo and you'll know which one to find.)

By the way, enhanced inventories sometimes has a graphical glitch where a chest turns to double and covers up a neighboring chest. All you have to do is try to break the chest thats covering the first one up and you can access it.

And I suspect the fir trees in extra biomes XL will plant themselves. Several times today (they're honking huge and straight with no side branches so i was farming them for charcoal) a 2x2 girth extra biomes Fir would appear where I didn't plant one but had planted one nearby before and forgotten to go back for my saplings.

So, I just got my first small batch of Osmium. I'm thinking an osmium pickaxe would be valuable. How would you people construct one? Osmium head, paper binding and steel handle? maybe some mossy?

I just want to say thanks for this awesome modpack, it is one of the few that I have actually wanted to finish, so I could feel like I accomplished something, granted I have started over a few times(computer wipes, updates that sort of thing) but it makes me work for things and that is awesome. (also regrowing the world has an appeal to me, kind of reminds me of the shannara series)

Just had a look at Post Finem mod list and the only mods I can think of that are not is the list that I would miss are Extra utilities & AE2 - No AE2 would make me learn how to use Storage Draws but I really would miss Angel Wings, Building Wand and Etherial Glass so I may need to add that in but that is a good candidate for next game. thanks

Is anyone else having issues with disappearing auto assemblers when they log in?

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I had issues with the assemblers throughout the game - mostly crashing when trying to use them - but don't remember them ever disappearing. Fix? AE autocrafting ASAP

I have a question has anyone who made the ender portal ever try to move it ? I broke mine and the portal shattered like glass and the portal wont go away ... I have no clue what is doing this but I sat for 10 min trying to break the portal itself to no avail and I cant fill the portal like the nether portal can its just a 3X3 enderportal with no frame just sitting there and wont go away

its a good start but if you work to a wood farm asap like I did you will eventually get to where I am with a auto mana farm

it works great I can fill all my mana pools in only a few min and I have unlimited supply of charcoal to fuel it

So here's something interesting I spotted today: agricraft crops won't spread to a block adjacent to a carpenter's torch.

This had me cursing for a while; why would the crops in my propagation area spread halfway down a line and just stop?
regrowth1.png

That torch there is now a vanilla torch, but when it was a carpenter's torch, neither of the crops (cinderpearl & ardite in this case, but it doesn't matter) would spread to any of the 8 horizontally adjacent blocks. And if a carpenter's torch was on the wall 2 blocks above the crops, they wouldn't spread to the block 2 blocks below the torch, either.

Wonder what's going on there?

Okay so something odd is going on graphic wise with regrowth for me. When I'm walking around the entire world will like flash in out of existence for like 1 frame then pop back, its distracting enough that I can't play the game.
I've never had this issue before with any mod pack. I wanted to make sure it wasn't just regrowth and it appears to happen in Blastoff as well and the resonant rise 3 pack on AT launcher.
Vanilla minecraft doesn't seem to do the weird flashing thing however so i suspect its a mod or something. I did recently update my nvidia driver which I guess could've broken something.

Does anyone on here have Ideas other than what I've tried below? It doesn't make any sense that this would happen now, when I had no issues what so ever a few days ago.

-Things I've tried to no avail
1. Disabling Threaded Optimization in the nvidia control panel globally
2. Updating Intel Video driver
3. Updating Java 8 and Allocating more RAM to Java via the run time parameters
4. Disabled my texture pack
5. Change the view distance, Advanced OpenGL, and other video settings
