I know this is abandoned, but someone will see this question some day.

I stopped playing this a while back, but am thinking of going back to it soon. What does the factory input and output, when everything is automated? Also, since I only plan to ask this in one post, due to the abandonment, what is the order the stuff is supposed to be connected?

The factory cannot be "reconstructed". There are some ruined machines, in no particular arrangement, only for the atmosphere. Unfortunately, it's mainly just an empty building.
